The Magic Flute

The opera "The Magic Flute" is probably the most famous work of the Salzburg composer, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In the house adjacent to Mirakel's Wax Museum, the seventh child of the Mozart family first saw the light of day on January 27, 1756.

The Magic Flute, an opera in two acts, is today the most performed opera world-wide. In the Magic Flute section of Mirakel's Wax Museum, you can hear two arias, Papageno's "Bird Catcher's Aria" and "Hell's revenge cooks in my heart" sung by the Queen of the Night.

Wax figures attired in faithful replicas of the original costumes allow you to become a part of this fascinating opera penned by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
